小钰珊这几天情况突变，左手坏死的部分突然扩散，转黑流脓并开始萎缩，情况不乐观。倘若这几天没有新进展，小钰珊的左手或将被切除至手肘。
我希望卫生部长拿督蔡细历高度关注此事。院方之前说要观察2个月，但是小钰珊的坏死情况开始扩散，我们担心情况继续恶化下去，将对小钰珊的生命构成威胁。
我希望医院不要再拖延，尽快做出一个决定和诊断。长久的拖延无论对小钰珊或她的父母都是痛苦的折腾。

Yok Shan's situation change suddenly these few days, her left hand black part has spread and starts to wither and is not optimistic. If there is no improvement in these few days, her left hand may have to be excised to the elbow.
I hope HTAR can make the decision and diagnosis as soon as possible, instead of only giving observation. We alfraid Yok Shan's situation will continue to worsen and threaten her life.
